After receiving the order confirmation email, all orders will be processed in 1 to 2 working days (excluding holidays and weekends). Your order will be shipped and you will receive a second notification. Due to Covid-19, only Tuesdays and Fridays will be allowed for shipments out of Sri Lanka.

All orders placed from our Canadian inventory are eligible for free shipping worldwide.
All orders above $2,000 are eligible for free Fedex Express delivery. Shipping charges for orders below $2,000 are shown below.

You may have to pay import taxes and duties (including VAT/GST) once your order reaches the destination country. Wijaya Gems will not be responsible for any charges that may apply.
Local delivery
All orders placed within Sri lanka are eligible for free local delivery.
Delivery is available every day of the week. You will be notified of our arrival via text message using the number you provided during checkout.
In-store pickup
Free local pickup is available at our locations in Colombo and Kandy, Rathnapura. Your order will be ready to pick up in 1 to 2 days after you have placed your order, and selected local pickup during checkout. When your order is ready, we will send you a confirmation email with the instructions.
We offer in-store pickup from 10am to 6pm during the weekdays. Please bring your email confirmation with you.
How can I track the status of an order?
You will receive an email from us confirming the shipment of your order. This will contain a tracking code that you can use to track its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information.
We will investigate if you don’t receive your order after 2 days from the date you received your shipping confirmation. Please contact us with your name and your order number at Contact.
