Our 30-day return policy means that you have 30 calendar days to return your item. For your item to be eligible for return, it must be in exactly the same condition as when you received, unworn, unused, still with its tags and in original packaging. The receipt or proof will also be required. Contact us by email at Click Here to initiate a return. We will not be responsible for any shipping costs or for what happens to an item before it gets to us.

Damages and issues: Please inspect the order when it arrives and let us know immediately if there are any defects, damage or incorrect items. We will then be able to evaluate the problem and correct it.

We cannot accept returns for sale items, gift cards or other items.

Exchanges Returning the item and buying the new one separately is the fastest way to get the item that you want.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected the return, we will let you know whether or not it was approved. You will be automatically refunded using your original payment method if approved. It can take a while for your credit card or bank to process the refund and post it.
